Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The product must be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

Gift cards.

Customized or personalized products.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@clothsinc.com.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

UPI Payments: 3–7 business days

Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Size-related issues (subject to stock availability)

Defective products

Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

The product is returned in a used or damaged condition.

Original tags or packaging are missing.

The return request is made after the eligible return period.

The product falls under non-returnable categories.
